It’s Saturday.
The day between.
Between death… and resurrection.
Between heartbreak… and healing.
Between the Cross… and the empty tomb.
And Scripture is mostly silent.
No miracles.
No parables.
No crowds.
Just silence.
The kind of silence that settles heavy.
The kind of silence where you don’t know what comes next.
And maybe that’s the invitation today:
Don’t rush to Easter.
Sit in the stillness of Saturday.
The Son of God is in the tomb.
The world is quiet.
And the love of Christ is resting… even now… for you.
This week, we’ve walked with Jesus:
On Monday, we asked what it means to let go of something that once gave life.
On Tuesday, we asked what it means to stay, tend, and trust the unseen growth.
On Wednesday, we learned how love can still be poured out even in confusion.
On Thursday, we saw how Jesus makes room for both our intentional and unintentional failures.
On Friday, we were reminded not to let false voices stir us up—but to keep our eyes fixed on the Cross.
Now, on Saturday, we wait.
We trust.
We don’t have to move or fix or prove anything.
We just sit in the silence… and let love speak.
Mindfulness Moment:
Take a deep breath.
Picture Jesus in the tomb.
Still. Silent. His stillness in death is accomplishing salvation for us.
Let the noise in your own mind settle.
Hold this week’s journey in your heart.
Let each day echo in the silence of Christ’s unseen work.
And just listen.
You don’t have to hear anything specific.
Just be here.
Jesus is here too.
Even in the quiet.
Even in the waiting.
Even in the dark.
